Job Description

The Customer Support Manager runs the customer support team at HireFlo.  We provide an on-demand application to small business customers.  Experience building support teams in a SAAS environment would be a huge plus. Duties will include team management, training, as well as hands-on customer support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of customer facing experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • College degree
  • Social networking experience
