Step 1. Enter your job into HireFlo
Enter your job posting into HireFlo. Our simple form guides you through entering the information you'll need later when posting to job boards and social networks.

Step 2. Post your job to job boards
Now you're ready to post your job to some job boards like craigslist, Indeed, and simplyhired. HireFlo makes it easy. Just copy and paste from the Job Posting Worksheet that we provide for your job. This will include a special Apply Link that points to your job on HireFlo. It looks like this: http://hireflo.com/HFV1/Job/hireflo/OTHR/8.

Step 3. People apply to your job
When people apply to your job posting on craigslist, Indeed, or any board you post to, they use the Apply Link you entered. That means their resumes go directly into your HireFlo database, not your email inbox.
Once a resume is in HireFlo, it's easy to review, make comments on, and track. You can even share common tasks like the initial resume review with other people you give access to.

PS. Don't forget your Company Jobs Page
Your company jobs page should always have a list of job opennings that are current or that you'll hire for in the future. But it's hard to keep manually updating that page every time you post or take down a job.
