Is the community plan really free? Are there any additional Fees?
Yes it's really free and there are no additional fees. You do have the option to buy paid job postings on sites like Monster, SimplyHired and Indeed through HireFlo, but the software itself is free.
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No. Long term contracts are for lousy services that want to trap customers who would otherwise cancel. No need for that with HireFlo. You can upgrade downgrade or cancel any time.
If I cancel do I lose access to my jobs and resumes?
No. If you cancel, your account is just downgraded to the free Community plan. Depending on the circumstance you may not be able to enter new jobs or resumes
into HireFlo, but you'll still have access all of your existing jobs and resumes.
What does "Up to 10 active jobs" mean?
Active jobs are those with a status of "Published". They are showing up on your website. They are getting published out to aggregators like SimplyHired.
Once you are no longer hiring for a job you can give it a status of "Closed". You get unlimited Closed jobs on HireFlo, but the number of
Active jobs is determined by the package you choose.
How do you show active jobs on my company website?
You're in control of that. Every company get's their own HireFlo jobs page widget. This is a few lines of HTML that you (or your website administrator) can copy
and paste into your company's website. Wherever you paste the widget you'll automatically display your published jobs from HireFlo.
How does the 30 day free trial work?
You can use HireFlo completely free, with no restrictions, for 30 days. After 30 days you will have the option to select a paid plan. If
you don't select a paid plan, you'll automatically roll over into the free Community plan.
